This jacket comes with a personalized embroidered front left chest and a vinyl heat press back and sleeve print.

The embroidery should be kept to 2 lines. Please leave a note when checking out with the thread and print color you'd like. Please also tell us the exact spelling of your name and the title. (ie: RN, BSN, etc) If you do not leave a note the default color will be selected for you.

We are able to place the back print in different areas, please make sure to leave a note if you'd like it different than pictured.
